超声波辅助从菠萝皮中提取果胶的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以盐酸作为提取溶剂,采用乙醇沉淀和超声波辅助处理方法从菠萝皮中提取果胶,研究了提取工艺条件对果胶收率的影响。结果表明,提取溶剂的pH为2、料液比为1∶25、反应温度70℃、反应时间3h,超声功率100W,果胶的收率最高可达9.47%。 Hydrochloric acid as extraction solvent, pectin was extracted from pineapple skin with alcohol precipitation method and under ultrasonic irradiation, the effect of technical conditions on pectin yield was investigated. When the pH value was 2, the ration of material to fluid was 1 : 25, the reaction temperature was 70℃, the reaction time was 3 h, the ultrasonic power was 100 W, the pectin yield was 9.47 %.
