Assessment on the Uncertainty of Olein Peroxide Value by Titration

应用检测不确定度评定方法对测量结果进行不确定度分析与评定,通过对油脂中过氧化值的不确定度分析,得出样品中过氧化值的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果显示,该方法测定油脂中过氧化值的扩展不确定度为ux=0.003g/100g,表明样品扣除试剂空白后消耗硫代硫酸钠标准溶液带来的标准不确定度的影响较大。

The measurement uncertainty was evaluated based on the theory of uncertainty determination. To determine the uncertainty of synthesis standards and the expanded uncertainty of peroxide value, the uncertainty of peroxide value in olein was analyzed. The results showed that the uncertainty of expanded uncertainty of peroxide value in olein was ux=0.003 g/100 g and indicated that consumption of Na2S2O3 standard solution after deducting the reagent gap resulted in greater influence on standards uncertainty.
