城镇化与返乡农民工职业培训的有利因素与障碍性分析

Analysis on Advantages and Disadvantages of Returned Migrant Workers' Professional Training Under Urbanization

在中国快速城镇化的今天,2008年金融危机刮起了我国农民工返乡热潮,农民工的职业培训问题成为社会关注的热点。笔者通过调研发现,返乡农民工职业培训面临大好时机的同时,也存在着重重困难。做好返乡农民工职业培训是促进我国城镇化健康有序发展的重要途径。

Nowdays, the urbanization in China develops rapidly. And the financial crisis in 2008 caused the homecoming tide of migrant workers and the problems of their vocational training became hot spots of society. The authors have found that the professional training of returned migrant workers face both advantages and disadvantages. The effective migrant workers＇ professional training is an important way for promoting the sound development of urbanization.
