我国高职院校“双师型”教师培养机制探索

摘要 我国高职院校"双师型"教师比例偏低,专技能水平和实践教学能力偏弱。高职院校应建立"双师型"教师培养平台,探索"双师型"教师培养机制,加快"双师型"教师队伍培养进程,使"双师型"教师个体具有良好的双重知识与能力,整体在"理论型"与"技能型"结构上保持合理的比例。从而提高院校人才培养水平,推动高职教育又快又好发展。 The ratio of bi-qualified teachers is low, and the professional skill level and practical teaching ability are weak in most vocational colleges. Therefore, those colleges should establish and explore the base and mechanism of bi-qualified teachers to speed up their trainning process, which enables the individual teacher to have good knowledge and ability, as well as to keep reasonable ratio of the strcture as a whole. Accordingly, the personnel trainning level will be enhanced and the whole education will develop rapidly and heahhyly.
