盐分胁迫下树木生理特性初探 被引量:3

摘要 通过盆栽试验,结果表明,在NaCl胁迫下,群众杨、绒毛白蜡的生长受抑制。随着Na+含量的增加,光合速率和叶绿素含量在减少,而脯氨酸、丙二醛(MDA)累积在增加;绒毛白蜡比群众杨抗逆性强,从而为筛选抗盐碱树种提供科学依据。 Physiological reactions are important aspects in salt-resistant tree species selection. Pot culture experiments were carried out to find out the resistant capacity of Populous popularis and [WT5”BX]Fraxinus velutina seedlings under 0,0 2%,0 4%,0 6%,0 8%,1 0% concentrations of NaCl solution. Four indices including evaporation rate, chlorophyll content, MDA(Malonic aldehyde),proline were compared between the two species. The result shows that growth of both species were hindered under salt stress,and with the increasing of NaCl concentration the evaporation rate and chlorophyll content went down while MDA and proline accumulation increased. F. velutina has higher salt resistant capacity than P.Popularis.
