摘要 瞬时感受器电位(transient receptor potential,TRP)通道的发现及研究进展使人们对钙离子的内流及炎症反应机制有了更新的认识和假设。TRP通道的同系体广泛分布于众多哺乳动物组织细胞内,这是一个拥有近30种通道蛋白的总家族,而这些蛋白同系体则组合形成了为数众多的非选择性阳离子通道。通过这些通道的电流主要是由Ca^2+及Na^+构成。TRPV1在脓毒症及胰腺炎症、TRPM2在中性粒细胞介导的炎症反应中起着重要作用,而TRPA1在呼吸道炎症中的作用更预示着临床治疗的新突破。 Recent advances of transient receptor potential (TRP) channel in the past decades provide new understanding and ideas on the cellular mechanisms in the inflammation. When activated, members of TRP super family are permeable to cations, mainly Ca^2+ and Na^+ ,without specific selectivity and the calcium influx then triggers multiple cellular cascade reactions. New discoveries of the roles of TRPV1 ,TRPM2 and TRPA1 in inflammatory disorders, such as sepsis, puhnonary infection and acute pancreatitis,might be the prelude of the coming clinical breakthroughs.
