摘要
目的通过研究表皮生长因子(EGF)61*G/A基因功能多态性了解EGF因子对胰头癌生成的影响。方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR—RFLP)方法检测胰头癌组及正常对照组的EGF61*G/A基因型。结果胰头癌患者EGF61%G/G基因型或61*G等位基因明显高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(基因型x^2=6.042,P〈0.05,OR=2.618,95%CI=1.195~5.738;等位基因x^2=6.007,P〈0.05,OR=1.696,95%CI=1.110~2.592)。结论EGF61*G/G基因型或61*G等位基因与胰头癌的生成相关。
Objective To understand the effect of EGF on the development of pancreatic head cancer by investigating the EGF 61 * G/A gene functional polymorphism. Methods PCR-RFLP was employed to study the EGF 61 * G/A genotypes in pancreatic head cancer patients and healthy controls.
