双波长分光光度法测定预混剂中二甲氧苄氨嘧啶含量

Determination of Diaveridine in the Premixture of Sulfamethoxydiazine by Double Wavelength UV Spectrometer

利用磺胺喹恶啉和二甲氧苄氨嘧啶（ＤＶＤ）在酸性条件下溶解度不同，降低干扰组分磺胺喹恶啉的比例，再用双波长分光光度法消除其干扰，测定ＤＶＤ含量。浓度Ｃ与ΔＡ的线性关系良好，相关系数ｒ＝０．９９９９；平均回收率为９９．７％；变异系数ＣＶ＝０．５６％。

A method for the determination of Diaveridine(DVD) in the Premixture of Sulfamethoxydiazine and DVD was described. The rate of Sulfamethoxydiazine was significantly decreased by means of acidifying the premixture solution. Then the amount of DVD was detected in double wavelength UV spectrometer. The mean recovery rate was 99.7±0.56% (n=5) and the correlation coefficient 0.9999 .
