摘要
为开发竹浆氨纶包芯纱,针对竹浆纤维原料性能特点,对各工序生产工艺配置进行优选,并采取了提高质量的各项技术措施。通过调整清梳工艺严格控制梳棉棉网质量,并条合理配置牵伸工艺,适当增大粗纱捻系数,细纱选择合理的氨纶丝预牵伸倍数、捻度和速度,络筒选用喷雾式捻接器,提高捻接质量,并认真做好设备整顿、操作卡疵和接头工作,使竹浆氨纶包芯纱得以顺利生产,成纱质量满足了使用要求。
To develop bamboo spandex core-spun yarn, according to bamboo fibre property characteristics, each production processing configurations were optimized and each technology measures that could increase quality were adopted. In blowing and carding process card web quality were controlled strictly, draft processing was set properly in drawing process,roving twist factor was increased properly, spandex filament pre-draft multiple, twist and speed were selected properly in spinning, spraying splicer were selected in winding to increase splicing quality. Equipment adjustment, operational and joint method all should be done well,finally bamboo core-spun yarn could be produced successfully and yarn quality could reach using demands.
