摘要 目前国内的破碎机破碎后的粒度比较大且不均匀,能耗也比较高。设计出一种新型低能耗、破碎效果好的破碎机,破碎机内转盘高速抛撒,外转筒高速反向撞击,使物料在被不断地抛撒打击,并与后续不断进入的物料高速碰撞过程中,被破碎成粉料。合格细料经内置筛筛分排出,粗料继续被破碎。经过多次实际试验,证明该设计方法是可行的。该类破碎机有利于从节能、高效等方面综合提高建材、矿山等企业的经济效益和社会效益。 Particle size of material after broken by domestic crusher is much big and non-uniform and the energy consumption is high. Designing a new type of crusher consume lowly energy and get good crushing effect. Materials are constantly struck by high-speed throw from crusher inner plate and high-speed reverse collision from crusher external cylinder, and then are broken into powder by high-speed collision with follow-up materials. Qualified fine materials are emitted by innersifter, crude materials continue to be broken. Through many times experiments that according with the actual operating situation, this design method is proved to be feasible. This crusher will benefit increasing economic efficiency and social efficiency of building materials, mining and other enterprises by its energy-saving effect, high efficiency and so on.
