摘要
采用不同剂号、不同浓度的新剂型ＡＢＴ生根粉浸泡处理仙客来种子，测定了种子发芽率、发芽速率、发芽指数、活力指数、干鲜比等种子活力指标和电导率、可溶性糖含量等部分生理生化指标，并结合仙客来育苗生产调查了出苗率。结果表明：经ＡＢＴ生根粉处理后，仙客来种子活力和部分生理生化指标均明显优于ＣＫ，其中以６号ＡＢＴ生根粉３０ｍｇ／Ｌ处理效果较好。发芽指数和活力指数可作为衡量仙客来种子质量的重要指标。电导率与种子活力呈负相关关系。可溶性糖含量与种子活力呈正相关关系。种子活力与出苗率呈正相关关系。
Cyclamen hybridum seeds were soaked in ABT rooting powder solutions at various concentritions.Germination rate,germination speed,germination index,vigour index,conductivity and soluble sugar content were determined.Meanwhile,seedling emergence was investigated in seedling production.Results showed that vigour and some indices of physiological biochemistry of the ABT treated seeds were better than that of non treated seeds.It was also found that ABT No 6 at 30 mg/L resulted the best effect.
