摘要
将逆向工程引入硬质合金铣刀型线的研究,利用万能工具显测量铣刀横断面的测点坐标,将数据输入MATLAB软件,利用最小二乘法进行曲线拟合,得到四刃硬质合金铣刀的型线方程,为铣刀的精确建模奠定基础。
Based on the reverse engineering theory, the profile equations of the cemented carbide milling cutters are re- searched. The coordinates of points measured with the universal tool microscope are got, the measured cross-sectional data are in- put MATLAB software and the profle equations of the cemented carbide milling cutters are derived by used least squares curve fit- ting method. The result of the research is laid a foundation for the accurate modeling of the milling cutter.
