摘要
为了防治煤矿高冒区自然发火,分析了高冒区遗煤赋存状态,以传热、传质理论为依据探讨了冒顶空洞内遗煤自燃的原因,并分析了注浆、封堵漏风通道、注氮等灭火技术的灭火效果,将这3种灭火技术综合应用于平煤十三矿13081工作面的高冒区后,一氧化碳的体积分数由3.5×10-4迅速下降,直至为0。
In order to prevent and control the spontaneous combustion in the high falling area of mine, the paper analyzed the coal left conditions in the high falling area. Based on the heat conduction and the medium transfer theory, the paper discussed the cause of the spontaneous combustion for the coal left in the roof falling area. The paper analyzed the fire extinguishing results of the grouting, sealing air leakage channel, nitrogen injection and other fire extinguishing technology. The three fire extinguishing technologies were applied to the roof high falling area in 13081 coal mining face of No. 13 Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Mining Group. The volume fraction of the carbon monoxide was rapidly reduced from 3.5 × 10^-4 to 0.
