基于核检测技术的箕斗残煤检测的实现 被引量:1

摘要 针对煤矿提升箕斗中存在残煤影响提升效率且难以检测的问题,提出一种采用核放射检测方法的残煤检测技术。详细介绍检测原理及光电隔离方法,给出了利用C8051F005单片机进行测量与过采样处理,实现残煤厚度显示、数据传输及控制报警的实现方法,并给出了试验数据,实际应用表明这种残煤检测技术的实现可使提升系统提高运输效率,减少能源消耗。 Sometimes there is the remainder of coal in the skip after unloaded, so it impacts to the efficiency of hoisting coal and is difficult to detect. The article suggests a method of using nuclear radiation detection technology for detecting residual coal. It details the principle of nuclear radiation detection and the method of photoelectric isolation. It also introduces how to display the average thickness of the residual coal, the data transmission, control output and achieve the alarm, which a microcontroller C8051 F005 is used to measure and realize over-sampling processing. The data of experiment is given. It shows that the realization of the practical application can improve the transportation efficiency of hoist system and reduce the energy consumption.
