摘要
为了解决煤矿注浆堵水过程中的跑浆问题,以九里山矿为例,分别采用了建水闸墙和充填采空区、远离出水点布孔、改变钻孔结构和井下疏水降压等方法解决跑浆问题,结果发现:水闸墙可降低水压;充填采空区可延长出水通道,使出水通道由管道流变为渗流;远离出水点布孔可使注浆浆液运行通道浆液阻力增加,从而使水泥浆向含水层方向渗入,最后把水堵住;改变钻孔结构可使水泥浆相对阻力和防止跑浆的力度增加。
In order to solve the grouting off target problem during the water grouting sealing procedure in the mine, taking Jiulishan Mine as an example, the water gate building, backfilling goal, borehole layout far distance to the water inrush location, borehole structure changed, water drainage and water level drop method were applied to solve the grouting off target problem. The results showed that the wa- ter gate could reduce the water pressure, goal backfilling could extend the water outflow channel. The water outflow channel could be changed from the pipeline flow to inffuent. The borehole layout a far distance to the water inrush location could increase the grouting resis- tance in the grout running channel. Thus the cement grout would be penetrated to the water bearing layer and finally to seal the water. The borehole structure changed could increase the relative resistance of the cement grout and the force to prevent the grouting off target.
