云南鹅不同地理群体线粒体DNA多态性研究

Studies on mtDNA Polymorphism of Domestic Geese from Two Areas of Yunnan Province

用１９种限制性内切酶对云南鹅昆明群体和德宏群体的１３只个体进行了ｍｔＤＮＡＲＦＬＰ分析。结果表明：所有受试样品的ｍｔＤＮＡ都为一种类型，没有检测到变异。

The cleavage patterns of mitochondrial DNAs(mtDNA) were investigated from Yunnan Goose (domestic geese) in two areas of Yunnan province, using 19 restriction endouncleases. The cleavage patterns with 19 restriction endouncleases were identical in all individuls. Variation was not found.
