合成蜂王信息素对两种蜜蜂产蜜量的影响

Synthetic Queen′s Hormone Affecting Honey Producing of Apis mellifera and Apis cerana

运用云南大学化学系人工合成的蜂王信息素，制造假蜂王，分别加入东方蜜蜂Ａｐｉｓｃｅｒａｎａ和西方蜜蜂Ａｐｉｓｍｅｌｉｆｅｒａ的失王群，处女王群、产卵王群，并以未加入蜂王信息素的产卵王群作对照，研究合成蜂王信息素对两种蜜蜂产蜜量的影响．结果表明，失王群加入蜂王信息素后，东方蜜蜂的产蜜量比处女王群增加１３５％，比产卵王群增加１６３％，比对照组增加１７８％；西方蜜蜂的产蜜量比处女王群增加１６３％，比产卵王群增加１１１％，比对照组增加２１７％．研究中还发现，加入蜂王信息素的时间长短，对两种蜜蜂的产蜜量也有一定影响．人工合成蜂王信息素对西方蜜蜂的作用比东方蜜蜂明显．本研究为进一步运用蜂王信息素为养蜂生产服务提供了科学依据．

The carriers of synthetic queen′s hormone which made by the Chemical Department of Yunnan University were put into the test colonies of A mellifera and Apis cerana.Test colonies were divided into three groups:colonies without queen;colonies with virginal queen and colonies with laying queen.The compared group consists of colonies with loying queen.Test showed that honey producing of the first test group of Apis cerana has been increased 13 5 % to the second group;16 3 % to the third group;17 8 % to the compared geoup.For the Apis mellifera honey producing of the first test group has been increased 16 3 % to the second group;11 1 % to the third group;21 7 % to the compared,group. Test also showd that putting length of the synthetic queen′s hormone would affect honey producing,For the Apis mellifera the effect is more evident than Apis cerena′s.
