摘要
资源型企业作为我国经济建设的主力军之一,具有资金密集、技术密集的特点,也是具有创造能力的知识员工聚集的地方。在这类企业中,对知识员工的绩效考核经常会出现考核结果不准确、考核信息不完整、考核指标不系统等问题。对此,本文通过对资源型企业知识员工特点的分析,找出解决以上问题的对策,为资源型企业知识员工的绩效考核提供参考。
