摘要
目的了解急性颅脑损伤患者的受伤机制、年龄、性别等。方法收集2004年～2008年1093例急性颅脑损伤患者的病案基本资料进行分析。结果最小年龄患者为11个月,最大年龄患者为100岁;男性患者明显高于女性,年龄高峰均在20岁～39岁;车祸伤为致伤原因的首位。结论在各部门的协同努力下,采取相应措施,才可能有效降低急性颅脑损伤的发病率,提高救治成功率,保障人们的生活质量。
Objective To investigate components of injury mechanism, age and genders of acute brain injury patients. Method Discharged patients＇ basic data of medical records of 1093 acute brain injury eases from 2004 to 2008 were collected and analyzed. Results The youngest patient was 11 months old and the oldest was 100 years old; male patients were significantly more than female patients, and both peak age was between 20 and 39 years old; car accident was the leading injury cause. Conclusions All departments should cooperate and take corresponding measures to effectively lower incidence and mortality of acute brain injury to improve people＇s health and guarantee their life quality.
