Objective By learning and understanding the theory of delicacy nursing management and applying PDCA management cycle monitor to strengthen construction of professional nursing team, apply delicacy management to practice, improve comprehensive quality of nursing staffs to better serve the sick and wounded with fine nursing operative skills.
