干旱地区雨水利用及发展方向

Rainwater Use and Its Development Trend in Arid Areas

论述了甘肃中部干旱地区的雨水利用问题，探讨了解决人畜饮水、防病改水、点滴灌溉的办法，以及雨水利用适宜的地理特征和气候条件及具体的技术措施。此外，通过对雨水利用工程和大型调引水工程经济性的比较，指出雨水利用是当前山区水利建设的突破和唯一选择。

The development of rainwater use is studied, and the ways for drinking water supply both for human and animals, illness prevention from unhealthy water and drip irrigation, and the geographical features, climate conditions and the technical measures for rainwater use are studied. Also the development trend, importance and feasibility of rainwater use in arid areas are explained. Finally, with the comparison of the rainwater use projects and the large scale water conservancy projects, this paper indicates that the rainwater use is the only choice for irrigation works construction in mountain areas.
