应用农业系统工程理论，以定性与定量相结合的方法，建立内蒙古自治区粮食生产函数模型和预测模型。从而对粮食生产的发展过程进行技术经济分析和研究，预测粮食产量的发展趋势，并进行前景分析。

With agricultural system engineering, we set up the grain production function models and prediction models for Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region by combining qualitative with quantitative methods in this paper, discussed the technical economics of developing progress in grain productions, predicted the developing tendency of grain yield, and analyzed the prospects.
