摘要
在饲草资源十分缺乏的宁南偏旱区,利用当地农作物秸秆微发酵,使干秸秆饲草中粗脂肪和粗蛋白质含量分别提高了54.93%和15.63%,粗纤维含量降低12.15%,氨基酸总含量提高25.08%。对收获后半干玉米秆微发酵,粗脂肪和粗蛋白含量分别提高160.56%和65.06%,粗纤维含量降低11.64%,氨基酸总含量提高43.58%。结果表明,此项技术不但可有效地解决当地饲草的缺乏问题,而且通过微发酵,秸秆中大多数营养物质均有明显的提高。
The method of straw micro-fermentation has been used which would be well suited to resolve the lack of local forage resources in the semiarid areas and semiarid areas liable to droughts in the South Ningxia. The concentrations of crude fatty acid, crude protein and total amino acid were increased by 54.93%, 15.63% and 25.08% respectively. The concentration of crude fiber was decreased by 12 .15% in Group 3. The concentrations of crude fatty acid, crude protein and total amino acid were increased by 160.56%, 65.06% and 43.80% respectively, dropped by 11.64% for crude fiber in Group 5. The results indicated that the lack of forage could be effectively resolved, and significantly increased for most nutrients by straw micro fermentation in the semiarid areas and semiarid areas liable to droughts in South Ningxia.
