摘要
以仙人掌科4种植物的嫩茎或子球为外植体,研究了不同培养基对其诱导和增殖的影响,同时还进行了生根和移栽试验。结果表明:珊瑚树、黄毛掌和山影掌嫩茎的最佳诱导培养基为MS+BA2.0 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L、最适增殖培养基为MS+BA0.5 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L,豪氏沙布疣球子球的最佳诱导培养基为MS+BA3.0 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L、最适增殖培养基为MS+BA1.0 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L;4种仙人掌科植物在1/2 MS+IBA0.5 mg/L培养基上均能良好生根,将生根苗移栽到蛭石∶河沙为1∶1的混合基质中成活率达80%以上。
In this paper,with four kinds of cactaceae plant's tender stems or sub-ball as explants, the effects of different mediums on their induction and multiplication were studied, the experiment of root induction and transplant was also carried out. The results showed that the optimum medium for Austrocylindropuntia salmiana, Cereus pitahaycaf.monst and Opuntia microdasys to induce tender stems was MS+BA2 .0 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L, the appropriate medium for multiplication was MS+ BA0.5 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L. The optimum medium for Mammillaria haudearta to induce sub-ball was MS+BA3.0 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L, the appropriate medium for multiplication was MS+BA1.0 mg/L+NAAO.2 mg/L. Four types of cactus plants could root well in the medium of 1/2 MS+IBA0.5 mg/L, and their survival rate was up to 80% when transplanted to the matrix of vermiculite: sand=1:1.
