摘要
pH、温度、基质、激素、超声波对珍珠半夏种子发芽试验的结果表明:以适宜pH 20℃温水浸种18 h细沙保湿催芽,最适宜珍珠半夏种子的萌发;适宜浓度的激素、超声波处理时间适当可提高珍珠半夏发芽率和发芽势。用TTC法检测珍珠半夏种子生活力,其寿命不到1年。
