室温下不同贮藏时间对茄种子活力的影响

Effect of different storage time on the vigor of eggplant seed at room temperature

研究了室温下不同贮藏时间对茄种子吸水特性、发芽势、发芽率和活力指数的影响。结果显示,在室温下贮藏时间3个月的茄种子发芽率为98.2%、活力指数为0.062;贮藏1、2、3、5年后,茄种子发芽率分别下降至93.5%、72%、43%、0.0%,活力指数分别为0.045、0.042、0.018和0;而不同贮期茄种子的吸水特性差异不明显。

The effect of different storage time on the water absorbing character, germination energy, germination percentage and vigor index of eggplant seed at room temperature were studied. The results showed the germination percentage and vigor index of the control was up to 98.2% and 0.062, respectively. While the germination percentage and vigor index decreased to 93.5% and 0.045, 72.0% and 0.042, 43.0% and 0.018, 0% and 0 after the seeds were stored 1, 2, 3, 5 years at room temperature.The water absorbing character of seeds stored at room temperture for different years had no significant difference.
