氩离子激光阻断输精管形态学改变的动态观察

The observation of dynamic morphologic changes of vas deferens occlusion with argon laser

对氩离子激光阻断输精管后大鼠输精管烧灼处的形态学进行了动态观察，发现术后７天之内烧灼处输精管呈凝固性坏死和急性炎症的改变；在术后１０～２０天，肉芽组织开始部分机化烧灼处管壁，但仍呈松散的颗粒状坏死状态，非常薄弱；术后３０天时，肉芽组织已基本上完全机化了坏死管壁及炎性渗出物并管腔阻断，此时已达到了绝育目的；在术后４０～５０天，肉芽组织开始老化，强度明显加大。故我们认为术后３０天左右为临床绝育时间，４０～５０天为临床最适宜同居开始时间。

The morphologic changes of vas deferens occlusion with argon (Ar + ) laser were observed in rats at varied time. It was found that coagulation necrosis and acute inflammation were obviously noted in the region where the vas deferens was injured with laser within 7 days after the operation, granulation tissue began to organize the necrotic vas deferens during the 10 to 20 days, but the wall of which were still in a state of scatted, necrotic granular in this phage, and the resistance was poor. Thirty days after the operation, the granulation tissue had nearly organized the wall of necrotic vas deferns and the material of inflammatory exudation, and occluded the vas deferens. So the aim of sterilization had attained. The granulation tissue became older from the 40 to 50 days and the resistance of the wall of vas deferens with laser injured was stronger than before. It suggested that the time of clinic sterilization was 30 days or so after the operation, the most appropriate time of having sexual intercourse was 40 to 50 days after the operation. The theoretic data of morphology were obtained for the clinic practice of vas deferens occlusion with Ar + laser.
