摘要
在水温(25±2)℃的条件下,采用静水水生生物测试方法,研究了硫酸铜、漂白粉和敌百虫对高体鳑鮍(Rhodeus ocellatus)鱼苗的急性毒性效应。结果表明,硫酸铜、漂白粉、敌百虫对高体鳑鲏鱼苗的毒性大小依次为硫酸铜>漂白粉>敌百虫,硫酸铜对该鱼苗在24、48 h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为1.17 mg/L和0.83 mg/L,漂白粉对其在24 h、48 h的LC50分别为2.58 mg/L和1.94 mg/L,敌百虫对该鱼苗在24 h、48 h的LC50分别为21.31 mg/L和17.17 mg/L。硫酸铜、漂白粉、敌百虫对高体鳑鲏鱼苗的安全浓度(SC)分别为0.13 mg/L、0.33 mg/L和6.79 mg/L。
The acute toxicity of copper sulfate ,bleaching powder and trichlorfon to juvenile Rhodeus ocellatus were studied at temperature of (25±2)℃ with static bioassay test.The results showed that the order of toxicity of three drugs was, copper sulfate 〉 bleaching powder 〉 trichlorfon. LCso of copper sulfate at 24 h and 48 h were 1.17 mg/L and 0.83 mg/L respectively, LC50 of bleaching powder at 24 h and 48 h were 2.58 mg/L and 1.94 mg/L respectively, LC50 of trichlorfon at 24 h and 48 h were 21.31 mg/L and 17.17 g/L respectively.The safe concentrations of three aquacuhural drugs to juvenile Rhodeus ocellatus were 0.13 mg/ L,6.79 mg/L and 0.33 mg/L respectively.
