摘要
本文采用免疫组化法观察67例无精子症病人睾丸组织中免疫球蛋白的情况,探讨睾丸的免疫病理改变。结果发现睾丸组织中免疫球蛋白阳性IgG、IgA分别为27例,IgM24例。免疫球蛋白沉积于生精小管壁基底膜、生精细胞和间质血管壁,其中生精细胞表面IgG阳性10例。我们认为免疫球蛋白沉积于生精小管壁基底膜、生精细胞表面,直接影响睾丸的生精功能,是男性免疫性不育的机制之一。
testical pathological sections of nonobstrutive azoospermia patients were studied by ABC immunohistochemistry to explain the immune mechanism of infertility. The immunohistochemistry result: IgG(+)27; IgA(+)27; IgM(+)24; The immunoglobuins deposite principly in seminiferous tubules wall basement membranes and interstitial blood vessel basement membranes. There are 10 samples inwhich IgG(+) on spermatogonia and spermatocytes. The results showed that the deposites of immunoglobuin on germcells or the basement membranes of seminiferous tubules and interstitial blood vessels damage the testis spermtogenesis.
