麻醉质量问题直接关系到手术病人的生命安危,对它的控制涉及麻醉技术水平,也直接影响手术科室和医院的发展。国内许多麻醉科通过不同形式对麻醉质量进行控制,取得了一定经验。但真正成立麻醉质量控制中心,进行全方位管理的单位却不多。通过将现有麻醉电子病历系统应用于麻醉质量控制的实践,证明麻醉手术科的信息化将有效提高对麻醉质量的控制管理力度。

The anesthesia quality problem is directly related to life and safety of operation patient, and control on it involves in the anesthesia technology level, and also directly influences the development of surgery department and hospital. In China, many anesthesia departments make the control on anesthesia quality by various forms, and have received experience. However, there are few institutions which set up the anesthesia quality control center and make omni-directional management. By applying the current anesthesia electronic medical record system in anesthesia quality control, it proves that the informatization of anesthesia surgery department will effectively improve the control and management force on anesthesia quality.
