区域卫生信息平台建设的基础是数据中心建设,数据中心建设的核心是整合、共享与信息服务。河北省卫生厅的数据中心建设,建立在公共卫生信息资源规划基础上,在顶层设计、资源共享的建设理念指导下,分析全厅卫生业务需求,重点考虑了基础设施、服务能力和数据资源的整合共享与信息服务。在数据中心设计中,采用了SOA架构和数据库、应用服务器集成技术,有效实现计算能力整合、数据整合、流程整合、门户整合及商务智能平台展现服务。

In the design of data center, it is adopted with SOA structure and the integrated technology of database and application server, which effectively realizes the calculation capability integration, data integration, flow integration, and portal integration, as well as the exhibition service of commercial intelligent platform.
