Drama Education in Norway

挪威幼教工作者关注戏剧与儿童游戏的关系，认为教师可利用戏剧知识为儿童游戏提供支持。因此，在学前教育师资培养方面，挪威政府强调师范生既要具备戏剧表演的知识和能力，又要具备开展戏剧教学活动的能力。在幼儿园教育中，教师要创造各种条件，让儿童有机会感受戏剧艺术，同时组织儿童进行戏剧表演，以提高儿童利用戏剧形式袁达自我的能力。

Norwegian preschool education pays attention to the relation between drama and child play and it believes that teachers offer support for child play using their drama knowledge. Therefore, in preschool teaching cultivation, Norwegian government insists that education major students should possess not only drama acting knowledge and ability, but also the capability to organize drama teaching activity. In kindergarten education, the teacher should create conditions to provide children opportunity to experience drama art and organize drama acting for children to advancing children＇s ability to express themselves through drama.
