摘要 介绍了云南云天化国际化工股份有限公司红磷分公司8 700 t/a氟硅酸钠生产工艺。从生产原料、过程控制等方面对影响氟硅酸钠产品质量和消耗的因素进行了分析,得出结论:1)盐水浓度、氟硅酸浓度及杂质含量和洗涤水量是影响氟硅酸钠产品质量的直接因素;2)合成反应时间和盐与酸的比例是影响氟硅酸钠消耗的关键因素;3)脱水后物料的水分含量、干燥温度是影响氟硅酸钠产品质量的关键控制点。针对上述影响氟硅酸钠产品质量及消耗因素提出相应的控制措施和改造方案,以达到提高氟硅酸钠产品质量、降低消耗的目的。 8.7 × 10^3 t/a sodium fluosilicate production process of Red Phosphorus Branch of Yunnan Yuntianhua International Chemical Co. ,Ltd. was introduced. With analysis to the factors,such as raw materials and process controllings that can affect quality and consumption of sodium fluosilicate products, following conclusions were obtained : 1 ) concentration of brine and fluorosilicic acid, impurity content and washing water amount are the factors which directly affect quality of sodium fluosilicate products ;2 ) synthesis reaction time and ratio of salt to acid are the key factors affecting consumption of sodium flnosilicate;3 ) moisture content after dehydration and drying temperature are the critical control points which can affect product's quality. In order to improve sodium fluosilicate product's quality and reduce consumption, corresponding control measures, and transformation solutions in response to above factors were put forward.
