用钢铁厂烟道灰含锌废料湿法生产立德粉工业实践

Industrial practice for production of lithopone by wet method with zinc bearing waste from flue dust of steel plant

20世纪90年代中后期至21世纪初,由于锌精矿价格的不断上涨,各立德粉生产企业放弃锌精矿而改用低档的次氧化锌为原料。介绍了广西梧州鸳江立德粉有限责任公司,以钢铁厂烟道灰含锌废料(低档的次氧化锌)为原料,湿法生产立德粉(后处理工艺)的工艺流程、产品质量、技术条件及对技术问题的处理措施。结果表明:该技术可行,产品质量好;采用该装置还可以生产立德粉系列其他规格的产品;节省了锌金属矿产资源。

In the middle and late 1990s to the early 21 st eentury ,lithopone manufacturers chose low grade zinc suboxidc instead of zinc concentrate as raw material,due to the increasingly rising price of zinc concentrate. The （ post treatment） process flow,product quality, technical conditions, and treatment measures against technical problems of Guangxi Wuzhou Yuanjiang Lithopone Company using zinc bearing waste （zinc suboxide ） from flue dust of steel plant to produce lithopone by wet method were introduced. Practice results showed that the technology is feasible and its proudcts are good in quality; the unit can also produce other grade lithopone series products at the same time;and this technology can also save zinc ore resources.
