摘要
以氧化铜矿石为原料生产的硫酸铜产品中含有许多无机离子,严重影响了产品质量。为提高硫酸铜产品质量,通过大量实验确立了硫酸铜中铝、锰含量的测定方法。铝用分光光度法测定,此法操作简单、快速,实测样品中铝的回收率为99.2%~101.12%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.98%;锰用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定,此法快速准确、精密度高,实测样品中锰的回收率为99.72%~101.40%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.34%。
Cupric sulfate produced with oxidized copper ore contained many inorganic ions which have seriously influenced on the quality of products. In order to improve product quality,a method for the determination of aluminum and manganese ions content in cupric sulfate was confirmed through massive experiments. Aluminum ions determines with speetro- photometric method,this method is quick and easy operation, recovm3, rate in the sample can be 99.2% - 101.12% , rela- tive standard deviation( n = 6) is 1.98%. Manganese ions determines with flame atomic absorption,this method is quick, accurate, and more precise, the recovery rate in the sample can be 99.72% - 101.40% , relative standard deviation ( n = 6 ) is 1.34%.
