中小型企业客户管理系统的设计与实现

本系统介绍了一个利用VB和SQL Server等技术工具开发的中小型企业客户管理系统的设计与实现．采用三层C／S架构设计．包括客户类型管理模块、客户管理模块、提醒管理模块和通信管理模块等，实现与客户相关的各种信息的系统化、规范化和自动化实践结果表明，系统操作性好．安全性和可维护性高以及极尽人性化。

The design and implementation of the small and medium-sized enterprise （SME） customer management system is introduced in this paper. The system is developed using the technical tool such as VB, SQL Server. The system is designed used three C/S construction, including customer type administration module, client management module, reminder administration module and communication management module. It can achieve a variety of customer-related information in a systematic, standardized and automated. The practice result indicated that system operational and the security and the maintainability are all perfect and doing all humanity.
