摘要
该文阐述了网络教育的发展和存在的问题，网络教育的传播特征以及网络教育传播的优势并简述了国内外网络教育传播的状况．
This paper describes the development and the existing problems of network education, its communication features and advan tages of the spread, and it also oudines the spread status of network education at home and abroad.
