摘要
针对可生物降解型润滑油的评定问题,结合国际上油品行业权威机构的相关标准,建立了一套分别与ASTMD4863、NMMA TC-W3等效的降解型舷外机油发动机台架润滑性、清净性评定装置及其评定方法.评定用发动机按方法要求的型号CY50和OMC J40ECC,整套评定装置可实现计算机的实时监控和数据采集.试验结果表明,研制的评定装置运行稳定,对参比油和试验油具有良好的重复性和区分性,成功用于降解型舷外机油的评定,为我国新油品研制提供了发动机台架和评定技术的支持.
According to the standards of the international oil-evaluation authoritative organizations,two sets of equipment equivalent to ASTM D4863 and NMMA TC-W3 and their evaluating techniques ,which are specialized in lubricity and detergency respectively,were established. For engines (CY50 and OMC J40ECC) conforming to the standard requirement,the whole evaluation process achieved the automatic real-time monitoring and data collection by computer. Test results show that the evaluation device runs in a stable way during the test and meets the requirements of repeatability and distinguish ability for the referent oil and the candidate oil. This evaluation device can be safely and successfully applied to the evaluation of degradation marine oil and it provides support for the engine test bench systems and evaluation techniques for the advanced researches of new kinds ofoil in China.
