摘要
弗吉尼亚.伍尔夫对"现实"的理解并非像西方学术界所说的那样,或者等同于主观经验,或者等同于"意识"、"精神"等理念。伍尔夫以独特的方式剥离了缠绕在西方诗学的"客观现实"和"主观现实"中的认知成分,将"现实"还原为直觉感知与客观实在物的契合,其艺术表现形式为具有主体精神内蕴的客观实在物(意象)。伍尔夫的"现实"观的源头可追溯到柯勒律治及摩尔的思想,与中国传统诗学的"感物说"和"观物取象"内蕴相通。
Virginia Woolf does not see 'Reality' as a synonym of objective experience or consciousness or spirit as some Western critics have claimed.She disentangles the cognitive element from 'objective reality' and 'subjective reality' in Western poetics,and restores 'Reality' as a unification of intuitive perception and objective substance,with the image of unification as its artistic form of expression.Her sense of 'Reality' could be traced back to the thought of S.T.Coleridge and G.E.Moore,and shares the sameness with the traditional Chinese poetic thoughts of 'GanWu' and 'GuanWuQuXiang'.
