产-学-研基地建设的实践与思考

产-学-研基地是高等学校教育教学、生产实践与科学研究相结合的实践基地。能源学院通过近10多年的建设,建成了胜利油田等5个产-学-研基地,为学院的实践教学及全方位合作奠定了基础。产-学-研基地具有多层次立体构架的特点。依托产-学-研基地,形成了实践教学体系的系列实践教学模式。通过具体实施,取得了实践教学、人才培养、科研合作等多方面成果,实现了校企互利、双赢。对于这种合作模式的巩固及进一步发展提出了相应的看法。

Production-teaching-research base is the joint practice base for teaching, production and scientific research in higher education. Through 10 years efforts, five bases are constructed by School of Energy Resources, which are foundation for practice teaching and cooperation in many ways. These bases are multi-layers and solid structure. Supported by these bases, A series of practice teaching patterns are formed. Achievements in practice teaching, talents cultivation, scientific research cooperation are made through these bases, which lead to mutual benefits and win-win situation between school and enterprises. In the end, some advices are given on making the cooperation stability and further development.
