Construction and Thoughts on Geology Teaching Team

地质学本科专业是长安大学地球科学与资源学院多年来重点建设的专业之一。该专业设立历史较长,专业特色明显,教学团队建设成果突出。通过地质学优秀教学团队建设的实践,探讨了教学团队建设中应注意的方面。教学团队建设是一项系统工程,必须从专业建设、课程建设、实践教学基地建设和教师队伍建设等多个方面进行工作。

Geological major is one of the important specialities which was built by the school of Earth Science and Resources in Chang＇an University. It has a long history and obvious characteristics. The construction of teaching team has a good effect. By the practice of geology teaching team construction, it is indicated that the construction of teaching team is a systems engineering which need the construction of major, courses, practice teaching base and teacher team.
