大学生课外科研创新能力培养中存在的问题及对策初探

Problems and Measures about Cultivation of Extracurricular Creative Ability of Scientific Research for College Students

21世纪对大学生素质的一项重要要求是创新精神和创新能力,提高大学生的科研能力则是培养其创新精神和创新能力的立足点和突破口。中国地质大学(北京)在"十一五"规划中把"建成地球科学领域世界一流大学"作为为学校中长期发展目标,能源学院也在中长期规划中把建成研究型学院作为自己的目标,把提高本科生的科研能力当作本科教学的重中之重,为此,笔者结合近几年能源学院学生课外科研活动的情况,分析问题,针对教学管理工作提出了相应的改善措施和建议。

Creative spirit and ability is an important request for college students in 21st century. Therefore, how to improve their abilities for scientific research is the basic stand and breakthrough gap for creative spirit and ability training. The Eleventh Five-Year Plan for China University of Geosciences （Beijing） definitely proposes building world-class university in earth science field as the mid long term development goal. At the same time, the Eleventh Five-Year Plan for the school of energy resources proposes building a research oriented school as the development goal. As a result, improving the undergraduates＇ abilities for scientific research is the most important link in undergraduate education. Therefore, based on the years of scientific research activities outside class in the school, the authors put forward corresponding measures and advices to improve our teaching management work.
