基于二维“锯齿状”薄膜光子晶体的偏振选择相位光栅的研究

摘要 基于二维"锯齿状"光子晶体和等效介质理论设计了一种能够实现偏振选择的相位光栅,通过一级衍射能够将TM波和TE波分离.利用时域有限差分方法(FDTD)分别模拟了这种二维光子晶体光栅对TE模和TM模的衍射,验证了这种结构的光栅具有良好的偏振选择能力. A novel phase grating based on "sawtooth" photonic crystals and effective media theory is investigated, which can implemented polarization selective function by splitting TE and TM mode through first-order diffraction. The finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method is employed to simulate the diffraction patterns of TE and TM mode with polarization selective phase grating, and prove that the grating with "sawtooth" structure has a benigh polarization selective ability.
