摘要
文章介绍了蓝宝石接触式Nd：YAG激光手术刀的设计方法，理论计算结果与实测结果能很好地符合。动物实验研究表明，接触式激光手术刀与非接触式激光照射相比具有明显的优点，展示了蓝宝石接触式Nd：YAG激光手术刀在临床应用上的广阔前景。
In this paper a new method of design of the contact sapphire probe for Nd: YAG laszr is presented. The theoretically calculated data by this method is in good agreement with the practically measured ones. The results from experimental rabbits showed that the therapeutic effect of the newly developed contact Nd: YAG laser scalpel was much better than that of noncontact laser irradiation . It is indicated that the new Nd : YAG laser sealpel is clinically a promising medical appliance .
