出血性休克大鼠血和肝内葡萄糖和乳酸值的时相性变化

The continuous changes of glucose and lactate levels in blood and liver of the rat during hemorrhagic shock

摘要 应用渗析液间接测定了大鼠出血性休克不同时相时血液和肝组织中萄萄糖和乳酸浓度,观察了其时相性变化和相关性,并用电子显微镜观察了肝细胞的形态学变化.结果表明,休克初期2种物质浓度在血液和肝脏中均急剧上升,休克90min时血液和肝组织中萄萄糖浓度分别达到最高值(22.1±3.4)mmol/L和(16.5±2.0)mmol/L,后逐渐下降.肝组织中乳酸浓度在休克90min时达最高值(11.6±2.6)mmol/L,后下降,而血中乳酸值在休克120min时达最高值(16.5±2.7)mmol/L,后虽缓慢下降,但动物仍处于高乳酸血症状态.休克90min后肝细胞超微结构已开始受损,糖原颗粒减少. Using microdialysis probe corre lation, we measured the concentrations of glucose and lactate in blood and liver respectively, and studied their relativities. The results show that both of the substances were increased rapidly in the early stage of the shock, and the concentrations glucose in blood and liver reached the highest level of shock 90 minutes(22.1±3.4)mmol/L,(16.5±2.0)mmol/L respectively. The concentrations of lactate reached the highest level after 90 minutes of shock(11.6±2.6)mmol/L in liver, and after 120 minutes of shock(16.5± 2.7)mmol/L in blood.Subsequently, remained a higher level in blood although it decreased slowly. The ultrastructure in liver was damaged, and glycogen pasticles were decreaed as showed by electron microscipy.
