气体钻井用防回火阀的研制

摘要 气体钻井用防回火阀是在气体钻井中井下着火情况下阻止空气继续注入的一种钻杆阀。为了防止井下着火给钻井作业带来巨大损失,研制了气体钻井用防回火阀。介绍了这种工具的结构、工作原理、制作材料的选择和室内试验情况。试验结果表明,该工具设计合理,动作灵活可靠,试验值与设计指标相符,满足现场使用要求。气体钻井用防回火阀可增强气体钻井作业的安全性,具有广阔的推广应用前景。 The anti-backfire valve is a kind of drilling rod valve which is used to prevent air from being injected continuously when borehole ignition takes place in gas drilling. To avoid the heavy loss of drilling operation caused by borehole fire, the anti-backfire valve for gas drilling was developed. The structure of the tool, its operating principle, selection of its manufacture material, and its laboratory experiment are introduced in this paper. The test results show that the tool is properly designed and flexible and reliable in operation. The test value is in agreement with the design index, satisfying the requirement of field application. The valve can improve the safety of gas drilling. There is a bright prospect for its spread and application.
