摘要
常规可钻桥塞不适用于大斜度井和水平井的堵、隔水作业,施工时很难避免中途坐封事故。为此,研制了KCY453防中途坐封可钻桥塞。该桥塞中心轴与上锥体之间设计有限位台阶,可防止上锥体向上部胶筒移动,提高了桥塞在下入过程中的防中途坐封能力;可降低直井段对施工人员的要求及施工难度,最大限度地避免可钻桥塞下入过程中的坐封事故,在水平井中的应用更能体现其明显优势。KCY453防中途坐封可钻桥塞在塔里木油田共应用18井次,成功率100%,收到了良好的效果。
The conventional drillable bridge plug is not suitable for water plugging in high-angle holes and horizontal holes. It is difficult to avoid midway setting accident in operation. Therefore, the KCY453 midway-setting prevention drillable bridge plug was developed. The limit step is designed between the central shaft of the plug and the upper cone, which can prevent the upper cone from moving upwards toward the upper packer rubber and thus improve the plug's capacity of anti-midway setting in the process of landing. The plug is applied to horizontal well plugging, with a noticeable effect of blocking and sealing. It has become the major tool for mechanical plugging of horizontal wells. This new tool has been used 18 well-times in Tarim Oilfield, with the success rate being 100 percent and the effect being desirable.
