There is the certain concept of the community in German society. This concept affects environment of the corporate governance. The German corporate governance has many superior functions. However, there are big problems, too. The greatest problem is to lack a function of the supervisory board. And it has a connection to the big bank＇s power in German. German Banks have a great influence to German corporation, but in Shareholders＇ meeting and Board of Supervisors, banks will not oppose but assist managers. In 2002, German completed corporate governance system. Internationalization will affect German corporate governance system, and the most influential model is the United States corporate governance model. Therefore in Germany the traditional corporate governance model of Germany and the United States model will collide.
