Comprehention of oral medication combined externally applies to therapy ROU

目的:探讨内服外敷综合治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法:对照组24例采用双氧水和生理盐水交替漱口,局部治疗使用意可贴。治疗组也采用双氧水和生理盐水交替漱口,将维生素B1,维生素B2,维生素C,谷维素,各一颗(粒)碾成特制的粉末,与冰硼散一起混匀,涂抹在溃疡处治疗,并口服六味地黄丸。结果:治疗组能明显提高治疗有效率。结论:内服外敷综合治疗复发性口腔溃疡确有明显疗效,值得临床运用。

Objective： To discussion the curative effect of oral medication combined externally applies to therapy ROU. Methods： 24 cases in the control group were treated by dioxogen and isotonic Na chloride to rinse mouth in turn, and externally applied with yi ke tie on the ulcer.Cases in the treatment group were also treated by dioxogen a nd isotonic Na chloride to rinse mouth in turn,and externally applied with the specially powder grinded by Vitamin B1,B2,C,Hi-Z and bin peng san on the ulcer, and oral medicate Rehmaniae Bolus. Results： The treatment effectiveness can be enhanced obviously in the treatment group. Conclusion： To treat ROU by Oral medication combined externally applies can gain obvious curative effect,which is worth to be utilized in clinic work.
