摘要
目的:从要用植物厚朴的枝条的皮质部分离内生真菌,并对抗肿瘤,抑菌等药理学活性进行分析。方法:采用马铃薯葡萄糖培养基(PDA)为分离及发酵培养基,并对分离出的内生真菌进行发酵培养,提取代谢产物进行抑菌活性分析。结果:从来源不同的三种厚朴中共分离出51株内生真菌;分别来自青霉属(Penicillium),镰刀菌属(Fusarium),交链孢属(Alternaria),等20个属。其中青霉属有生长优势。对各菌株发酵液的提取物进行药理学检测,发现各发酵产物均呈现出不同的抗肿瘤及抑菌活性,而其中的13株有抑菌活性。结论:发酵产物中含有大量的抑菌物质。可以并有良好的抑菌效果。可以为下一步开发提供良好的微生物资源基础。
Objective: Isolate endophytic fungi form the cortex part of the branches in medicinal plants Magnolia officinalis,and evaluate the pharmacological activity in bacteriostasis. Method: Take PDA medium to be the isolated and zymotic medium,and fermentd the isolated endophytic ftmgi,extract the metabolite and evaluate the extraction in bacteriostasis. Result: Isolated 51 strain endophytic fungi form 3 different resource Magnolia officinalis;all of these microorganism are distributed in 20 different species include Penicillium,Fusarium,and also Alternaria,etc.and the Penicillium is the dominant fungi in this research.The evaluation showed that,most of the extraction have the pharmacological activity in antitumor and bacteriostasis,and 13 of them have stabled pharmacological activity in bacteriostasis. Conclusion: The fermentation product of endophytic fungi have plenty of bacteriostasis substances.These substance can be a good microorganisms resource developing in the future.
